Wisdom through Depression

Anxiety, stress, depression whatever it is called but it can only be understood by the person who had experienced that period in their life. If you have option to think and go back in your past where you faced that, you won't go. Nobody will but for one moment if we think about what we have faced and because of that what has changed in us? the answer will be "wisdom".... How?  



Depression or stress starts from one emotion that one emotion turn on all bad emotions. That emotion can be fear, insecurity, feeling alone, helpless, hopeless which had buried inside us. After start it raises fear and make weak our mind to recover. This whole thing is just a game of mind which is not working for us.  
In our life journey we keep so many emotions and thoughts inside us which we keep unopened and hidden to everyone. Depression is just result or last stage of that emotional burden which we haven't solve in our mind.



When we fight to our stress we fight to ourself, basically we do try to hold back control on mind but without facing that emotion or fear it will be difficult to recover. We must have to settle down the issue of emotions and feeling about fear.      

For example stress after break up with your girlfriend or boyfriend. The thing is break up is not the main reason behind your stress.Your insecurity which is carried by you in your mind from past have been lead to this point, break up just triggered that. 



Now days everyone has deep down insecure and alone feeling which is why people want somebody who gives them temporary relief in mind. But this happen again and again because real problem is not solved. Some person face their fear at first time of heartbroken then they become more wise in that area.

Every unsolved emotion need to settle in your mind otherwise it will take precise time of your life with more bizarre way.

Read this example:-
A person thinks subconsciously that he is weak to face the life. He feels sometime vulnerable and alone. This thought stays in his mind in deep. When life turns to him little harsh then his deep down fear takes all charges of his positive mind now he believes that he is in stress because of something bad happen.   
The strong believe in yourself in every situation like i can handle all bad things, this thought can replace all pain of weakness, insecurity. This believe can be build by digging deep in your mind and understand yourself. 
  


Although every time when you divert your mind from any pain you don't notice but our mind works like.. if something hurt us we have to give justification or conclusion to mind for establishing the understanding of damage, otherwise you won't heel completely. If you leave that question in your mind that will store subconsciously in your memory and in future you will get affect by that unknowingly.

First thing you should do that you have to put an idea in your subconscious mind that "you believe in yourself " meaning of this sentence is whatever happen you will have faith in you, you can do better, you will wait for your best time because that will come to you one day. You will not give up.
Every night before going to sleep remember these sentences and feel this with your heart. 
After some time your subconscious mind will adopt this idea and your emotional base of mind will start to grow strong. Beside this you should do activities for your conscious mind which are follows:-
* Meditation (highly recommended)
* Yoga ("Bhramari pranayama" is very effective in depression)
* Engage yourself into some interesting hobbies like dancing, singing etc  
* Eat healthy food and take care of your body
* Sleep properly and enough
* Think optimistic and positively
* Give priority to your mental health at that time and avoid over thinking
* Spend time with nice friends, talk to them about yourself.
* If you need then don't shy to go to a specialist doctor. This will help you better.

You have to understand how your mind's emotional drama works    When we want to overcome our fear or depression we have to try to settle an opposite thought of that fear.
We should establish a strong thought or idea with feelings which can replace the pain, fear and weakness. that is how we can heel. 



This whole process will lead us towards wise arrangement of our mind and help it to take charges of our life. This is we call wisdom. Every time you hurt there is a chance to become wiser, self protector and mind controller of your own.

We know that what is not right for us and how to handle bad things, how we can settle our issues, problems. We need to solve our problem by ourself otherwise we just misunderstand to ourself.
So this is the second look of your depression, hard time, mind crash. 

Every human face this crises once in lifetime because this is just a reform process after complete this you can become a new strong person.
