I am discussing here some particular things which most of the girls like but it doesn't mean every boy should have to be that particular guy who has all this things. First of all be yourself, It is not necessary to pretend someone else because if you do so then you will get wrong person for you. On the other hand if you be yourself you would get chance late but the main thing is to connect with the right person so if your personality doesn't support below things then don't try these.
These are the points to remember when you want a date with someone and you want her to say yes for the date.
1.Try not to desperate
You should not show your interest at first time that doesn't mean you don't like her but try not to show that kind of interest in her at first meeting or in first conversation online or on call. Some guys seem more interested at starting stage but some are gradually increase their interest so first impress her then surprise her to ask.
2.Be cool
Whenever you got a chance to talk to her be cool and casual, it means don't praise for self, don't use abuse words and don't be nervous or emotional at that time like if you are in anger or bad mood then don't meet or don't show before her, avoid to make her think about yourself which is situational for you in first meeting. Try less showing off because that would interpret you a shallow person.

Respect her decision, views or opinion. 10.Be good listener
In conversation with her ask her likes, dislikes and try to be
supportive, make her comfortable so that she can tell you her secrets. She should think that you can understand her.
